For help with one of our apps, feedback, privacy requests or business enquiries, email admin@glystudio.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
If you are writing about an app, it helps to include the app name, your device model and iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email us with the subject “Privacy request”. See our Privacy Policy for details.
