Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GLY LLC (“GLY Studio”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit glystudio.com or use an app we publish. Where an app handles information in ways not described here, we will add an app-specific section to this page before that app is released.
Our approach
- We collect only what we need to provide and support our products.
- We keep information on your device where we can, rather than on our servers.
- We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
This website
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and has no accounts or forms. It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and request times to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to help you, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
Our apps
Each app's App Store listing includes Apple's privacy “nutrition label”, summarising the data it collects. Unless an app-specific section below says otherwise:
- Content you create in an app is stored on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account, which we cannot access.
- If an app asks for access to features such as the camera, photos or Apple Health, it is used only for the purpose described in the permission request. You can change these permissions at any time in Settings.
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive no payment card details.
- We may receive anonymous crash reports and usage statistics that you have chosen to share with app developers through Apple. These do not identify you.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting and email providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the company. If GLY LLC is involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever they live. Email admin@glystudio.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and, where changes are significant, tell you in the relevant app.
